Overturned diesel truck

An overturned diesel truck happened at Bayan Baru roundabout and this was the main reason a massive jam occurred. As you can see it on the clear and close photo shoot of those diesel oil spilled all over on the road and the fireman was just washing it off WATER??

Oh gush, don't they have other liquid solution than just washing it off with JUST WATER ?? Like detergent, bubblewash or something.
For motorcyclist, you seriously being advice NOT to ride pass that diesel contaminated area. . you'll most likely be slip off.
